The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has upgraded the security cover of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat by enhancing his existing 'Z+' armed protection to the more robust Advanced Security Liaison (ASL) protocol.
