Gharwaapasi: Ex-deputy Tara Chand, Ex-PCC Chief Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed along with 17 senior leaders of Jammu and Kashmir rejoined the Congress party after parting ways. The homecoming of 17 senior leaders was witnessed on Tuesday as the Congress welcomed back them with open arms.
