The Enforcement Directorate (ED) here on Monday seized former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi's portrait, bought by arrested Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor from Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra for Rs 2 crore in June 2010.
